On the morning of October 13, XGT23000-760S tower crane of XCMG Group was formally launched and delivered, marking that XCMG once again broke the record of the world's largest tower crane!
At the delivery ceremony, Li Guoqiang, Deputy General Manager of China Railway Construction Bridge Bureau, Meng Wen, Vice President and General Manager of XCMG Marketing Company and Secretary of Party Committee, Zhan Guofu, Deputy Director of Quality and Safety Inspection and Evaluation Department of Guangzhou Nansha District Construction Centre, and relevant leaders from China Railway Construction Bridge Bureau, owner units, XCMG Marketing and XCMG Tower Cranes gathered together to witness this historic moment.
At the site, the XGT23000-760S tower crane successfully completed the 1.25 times dynamic load lifting test with a lifting weight of up to 950 tonnes, fully demonstrating its powerful lifting capacity. With a rated lifting moment of 23,000 tm and a maximum lifting capacity of 760 tonnes, this tower crane can lift up to 145 metres independently, and more than 400 metres after installing three attachments.
XGT23000-760S not only sets the world's highest in five performance indexes such as rated lifting moment and maximum lifting capacity, but also breaks through more than 60 key technologies. Among them, ten core technologies such as XCMG's original parallel combination of double booms and multi-agency four trolleys and four hooks joint operation technology have reached the international leading level. In addition, the tower crane has also made breakthrough innovations in the attachment technology of super-large tower crane with large overhanging height and the manufacturing technology of large cross-section and highly reliable structural parts, etc. The comprehensive technology of the whole machine is in the international leading position.
At the handover ceremony, Gan Xinting, General Manager and Secretary of Party Committee of XCMG tower crane, and Li Zhigang, Deputy General Manager of China Railway Construction Bridge Engineering Bureau Group Southern Engineering Company Limited and Project Manager of Wanlong Bridge, handed over the golden key together.
