The ceremony commemorating the 80th
anniversary of the victory of the Chinese People's War of Resistance Against
Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War was recently held
successfully. Under the lens of CCTV, various types of domestically produced
main battle equipment made a grand appearance. As the sole equipment
manufacturer involved in the live broadcast support, ZOOMLION deployed multiple
high-end pieces of equipment to set up the “Sky Eye,” presenting breathtaking
images to global audiences and sounding the powerful note of China's
manufacturing advancement.
Upon receiving the assignment, ZOOMLION
engaged in multiple rounds of communication with the CCTV team to finalize the
equipment selection. A total of 13 high-end intelligent machines were deployed,
including 6 truck cranes and 7 straight-arm aerial work platforms—marking the
largest-scale equipment contribution in the company's history of supporting
CCTV's major live broadcasts. All critical components of the equipment are
domestically produced, with fully independent and controllable core
technologies, ensuring the efficient completion of the filming mission through
robust capabilities.
Truck Cranes: Next-Generation Star Products
Shine Brightly
The six 130-ton ZTC1300VS763-1 truck cranes
deployed for this event, with their booms reaching toward the clouds, became
the center of attention as star products launched in early 2025. They
captivated the crowd with their exceptional boom performance, stable lifting
capabilities, and intelligent safety features. This model features a total
weight of 50 tons, a main boom length of 70 meters, and a leg span of 8.4
meters × 6.71 meters. Standard 37-ton counterweight ensures stability and safety;
26-ton counterweight enables transport for enhanced construction flexibility.
Custom upgrades for the event include reinforced jib strength, remote control
operation, slewing alarm, deflection compensation, and fully automatic boom
extension—all ensuring safer, smarter operation.
Aerial Work Platforms: Customized for Live
Broadcasts
Seven straight-arm aerial work
platforms—including ZT72J, ZT32J, and ZT22J models—played critical roles at the
event. The ZT72J achieves 72.3 meters in working height and 32 meters in
outreach, featuring an innovative polygonal boom and X-shaped outriggers for
lighter weight, higher rigidity, and more stable control. Its 13.1-meter
ultra-long three-stage jib extends operational reach, while dual-variable
cylinders and a multi-sensor motion control system deliver enhanced precision
and stability. The ZT32J and ZT22J similarly improve fatigue resistance and
responsiveness through optimized boom structures and chassis designs.
To meet CCTV's filming requirements, the
ZT72J and ZT22J were modified into specialized platforms equipped with
high-precision gyroscopes and camera systems, while the ZT32J features a
customized platform for aerial photography. All units are fitted with dedicated
high-precision wired remote control systems and customized boom stabilization
control strategies, achieving millimeter-level motion accuracy and delivering
clearer live broadcast footage.
