At the end of the year, we managed to develop and reach a new customer through Google. Using social media platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram, we were able to pinpoint our customers' Whats App contacts and communicate detailed offers. As a middleman, the customer expressed his willingness to come to Changsha to inspect second-hand machinery and equipment in the follow-up, and hoped to take this opportunity to visit our company to enhance understanding. We gladly accepted the offer and made special arrangements for him to visit the ZOOMLION plant to show the machinery he was interested in.
The customer expressed a high degree of satisfaction with the products and services of ZOOMLION, during which he continuously filmed videos to introduce and explain to his end customers. After the factory tour, we went to SINOMADA Company for a brief meeting. At the meeting, we detailed the size of the company and shipment cases, and asked about the progress of the order. The customer also shared his purchasing plans and asked about his concerns. After the meeting, we invited the customer to dinner and learned that he had other plans for the next day. So we took him back to the hotel and made sure he got a good rest.
