On October 15, 2026, we welcomed two long-standing clients from Colombia, who were in China for the Canton Fair. Taking advantage of the client’s trip, we arranged a factory visit for an on-site inspection of the crane boom.
To ensure a smooth and efficient visit, our team confirmed the clients’ travel schedule in advance and coordinated with the factory to arrange the inspection. During the visit, the clients examined the crane boom’s overall condition, key components, and workmanship. Our team also provided relevant product information and answered questions to help the clients better understand the equipment.
The on-site inspection gave the clients a closer look at the product and provided an opportunity to address any remaining concerns in person. As a long-term customer, the visit also strengthened communication and reinforced the existing business relationship.
We will continue to provide timely support and follow up on the inspection results and subsequent arrangements to help ensure smooth progress in our ongoing cooperation.
