On November 25, 2025, ZOOMLION's truck
crane facility in Chongqing held a grand delivery ceremony where the
ZTK120000—the world's largest articulated boom all-terrain crane—was officially
handed over to the customer. With this successful delivery, the
industry-leading model will undertake super-large component lifting tasks,
providing robust support for major engineering projects.
At the ceremony, a representative from
Luoyang Changsheng Machinery stated: “From preliminary technical exchanges to
customized product development, ZOOMLION's demonstrated expertise and responsive
service have instilled full confidence in our project execution.” The
ZTK120000's operational deployment will significantly enhance the company's
efficiency and capabilities in large-scale lifting operations.
As the industry's first folding-boom
all-terrain crane, the ZTK120000 features a five-axle, three-wheel-drive
all-terrain chassis equipped with a full-axle steering system. Capable of six
steering modes, it delivers exceptional maneuverability and stability. Its
formidable lifting performance and broad adaptability make it a breakthrough
product in the ultra-heavy-duty lifting sector, fully demonstrating ZOOMLION's
deep accumulation in technological innovation and product performance.
Behind the ZTK120000 lies ZOOMLION's
leading capabilities in smart manufacturing. The product was developed at ZOOMLION's
Chongqing Crane Equipment Park, which possesses an annual production capacity
exceeding 20,000 high-performance straight-arm and folding-arm truck-mounted
cranes. Equipped with over 200 robots, the facility achieves highly efficient
smart manufacturing processes, rolling out one truck-mounted crane every 15
minutes on average. Guided by principles of lean, automated, digital, intelligent,
and green manufacturing, the facility integrates advanced processes including
smart sorting, vision-based assembly, robotic welding, and unmanned machining.
It stands as a global benchmark in truck crane manufacturing.
The successful delivery of the world's
largest folding-arm all-terrain crane further demonstrates ZOOMLION's
